Fire Cider - Human

Recipe -  Fire Cider can be a natural remedy for symptoms of flu and common cold. You may consider Fire Cider to help relieve nasal congestion, support digestion, warm the body during cold seasons, and boost immunity.

1/2 cup Shredded Ginger

1/2 cup Shredded Horseradish

1 cup Habanero Pepper

3 Garlic clove chopped

1 and 1/2 cups chopped Onions

1 whole Lemon

1 whole Orange

1 Whole Lime

1/2 cup Raw Natural Local Honey

2 Tbsp. Turmeric 

2 Tbsp. Brown Peppercorn

1 quart Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar with The Mother


Place all ingredients in 1/2 gallon glass jar

 Fill the rest of the jar with Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother

Cover Jar with parchment paper and screw on the can ring ( No Can Metal Lid)

Shack Daily, Place in a cool dark place, Strain Juice after 4-6 weeks.

Take 1 Tbsp. as needed, Shelf life may be up to 1 year
